Regarding recovering your user ID and password. You must have received a confirmation mail and SMS after registering for the exam. Go through the mail and SMS, you'll find the credentials you're looking for there. And regarding editing your Personal information, it depends on the entrance exam. Some exams allows correction during correction window while some exams do not.
