For IIT, you need to give JEE Advance. You will get a seat in IIT on the rank obtained in of JEE Advance.
With the marks of JEE Mains you can apply for NITs and IIITs.
But I am very sorry to inform you that according to the previous years cutoff, you may not be able to get into any NITs or IIITs.
You should look for other state government college or private college.
