Generally NITs closes around 15000 rank for OBC and IIITs around 12000 rank in OBC list and CFTIs around 18000 for OBC list.
And your obc rank is 39000, you may not get any NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.
So inorder to get good colleges you need to have rank under 3000 in OBC list.
