It is difficult to predict the JEE Advanced qualifying marks and also the ranks as for the first time JEE Main is being conducted twice and rank will be based on NTA percentile score.
Cutoffs for the JEE Main 2019 January session will not be declared and cutoff will be declared with the result of April examination.
Also, 46 percentile score is a low score. You should appear for the April exam and try to perform better in that exam.
