Yes you can get NITs with this percentile.
And for IIT advanced you need to give JEE mains paper 1. Paper 2 cannot be used for registering for IIT advanced.
Also, you need to qualify in JEE mains paper 1 to apply for JEE advanced.
And for IIT advanced you need to give JEE mains paper 1. Paper 2 cannot be used for registering for IIT advanced.
