If 41000 is your General rank then you may get lower NITs by the end of counselling process. Also you may get decent branch in GFTIs like JK institute, GGU Bilaspur, etc. I will suggest you to please dont go for GKV Haridwar and HNB Garhwal. If you are getting some lower NIT or University of Hyderabad or JK inst. then go for it. If you aren't getting these then go for GGU Bilaspur.
