sir I have NEET exam 120 score so nex what can I do sir ?

You must be knowing that getting seat with this score is not possible. Even you cannot expect all private colleges with this score. So, best for you will be to prepare for NEET 2021. And if you are a  general category candidate, set the target to score atleast 600 to be on a safer side.
