Sir I have no right hand and I am left handed should I eligible to apply for neet
Rohit, there is a leverage upto 70% of locomotor disability for being eligible for NEET. You can check the official website at: https://upload.indiacode.nic.in/showfile? To give you a fair idea, an amputation has a different percentage and inability for a prosthetic fit has a different percentage of disability. If the right hand has a prosthetic limb which is near functional, then there should be no issues. Eitherways loss of an arm which is non dominant mounts upto 60-65% disability. Again, this depends on the assessment conducted by the Disability assessment board. Neverthless, if you are left handed and you fulfil the age and minimum aggregate criteria, you are eligible for NEET. PWD is a horizontal reservation within your Category. For example if you belong to General Category and then you have PWD reservation, you fall under General Category-PWD. It is the same with OBC,SC,ST. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for UR PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST/PWD. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 45% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 45% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 45% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 45% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th. Overall Rohit, to just answer your question regarding to the impairment, you are eligible for NEET provided you also fulfill the other eligibility criteria.
under Physical Disability, locomotor disability, visual impairment, hearing impairment and Speech and Language disability are the conditions eligible for PWD reservation. Now your Locomotor disability should not exceed 70% for being able to claim PWD reservation Loss of right hand mounts to 50% disability. And so you are technically eligible for appearing in NEET as right hand is not your dominant hand as per what you have said in your question and also claiming PWD reservation. Now, this is the general information .medical counselling keeps making changes over the years regarding PWD reservation And so we would suggest you to reach out to NTA at their helpdesk at:

Hope this helps
Hello student ,
Yes ofcourse you can apply for the NEET entrance exam . But you should have a valid certificate to prove so. As by the guidelines 3% horizontal reservation for Physically Handicapped candidates in 15% All India UG quota seat .The Disability Certificate which you have must be from the Assesment Boards constituted in the four metro cities like New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.
And the minimum eligibilty criteria for such candidates is about 45% for General category whereas for SC/ST /OBC candidates must have 40% .
Hope it will help you !
Good luck !
