Sir, I have not qualified JEE Main 2019.My rank is in 8lakhs. Can I directly apply for counseling,or I need to appear Special OJEE exam?

For candidates who have not qualified JEE Main , Special OJEE 2019 exam will be conducted. Online applications for special OJEE 2019 will open around the 4 th week of June 2019. The entrance exam will be one hour duration and will be conducted on July 21.
One other option is ,you can take direct admission in college,but for that you will have to go for that perticular college and ask them for direst admission.
