Your rank is good and you can get government colleges like Rajkiya Engineering Colleges but you have to wait till 3rd round and won't get CSE/IT/EE/ECE branches. You will get Mechanical or Civil branches there. Instead I suggest you to take admission in top private colleges of UPTU where your chances are very high to get CSE/IT/ECE branches.

You have not mentioned your category and state quota so I will consider it as General category and All India quota. As per your rank, there are some colleges where you can apply for admission. I have searched some colleges for ypu so that you don't have to worry much.
