As you have scored 24000 rank in IPU CET BBA  but you have not mentioned your category whether you are from Delhi region or from outside Delhi region I am here providing some information regarding your category in CET cutoff

GNGND - Delhi general

GNGNO- outside Delhi general

Since IPU has not released its cutoff for 2019 -20 session , hopefully will be declared soon

But from last year's cutoff of IPU , you can decide whether you can get admission in BBA programme in IPU or not

Assuming you are GNGND (Delhi general )

The last cutoff for admission in BBA programme for GNGND was 25187

And the expected college is SGIT school of management,RKGIT Plakua

But if you belong to GNGNO-(outside Delhi general) then last year's cutoff for

GNGNO  - 14556

so if you belong to GNGND then you can expect your admission at this rank but if you belong to GNGNO the you can not get admission in BBA programme at this rank in IPU

Hi Candidate! You rank is too low to get a good college. And there is a less chance for you to get a seat in colleges as per the previous trends. But you can go through these colleges may be there you get a seat as cutoff varies year by year.
