Sir i have secured 88% in mains.Ny sc rank is 6500. Can i get CSE at hbtu ? Or any other branch. I am from UP so i can have the home state

Hey there, you have scored 88% in Mains and you also belong to SC Category. Really that will be very helpful for taking admission in good colleges as some special seats are being reserved for that. With these marks, you can try for the colleges at HBTU but for CSE it might be difficult for you as your marks as the cutoffs are too complicated this year. By this time the cutoffs list has been declared and you can check the availability of the college.
