Since you are asking about the MCA course so I am assuming that you have either already completed your graduation or you are pursuing it right now. However if you want to get enrollment in any college after your graduation preferably BCA you need to have a good academic record as state doesn't matter in India and now coming to the scholarship you need to be academically good to get it or other thing is that your family income should be really low like 1 Lac per annum.
