In case you do not have T.C you may use provisional certificate.
The answer is yes.Along with various documents, transfer certificate (T.C.) is required to be presented for verification. This certificate ensures that the student has been officially transferred from one institution/school to another in case of education. You will get this from your last attended school/institution.
