Yash, if NTA finds any uploaded images to be incorrect, NTA will notify you to correct the uploaded images. This includes your 10th result as well. NTA will notify you at your registered email and mobile number. As of now, you will have to wait to hear from NTA. If you do not hear from NTA, consider the uploaded image to be good.
