If you have uploaded the wrong document ,you can remove and re-upload the correct document before clicking on 'Final upload' option. The registration will be complete only after you have made the fee payment , so before proceeding to payments and final form submission, please carefully check and make sure that you have entered the right information. After final submit of the application form, no corrections will be allowed, however, if you have any such trouble , you can mail them directly at jeeadv@admin.iitd.ac.in
