If you have mistakenly entered your name in place of your fathers name :
- If the correction window is currently active , correct your mistake immediately.
- If the correction window is closed , you can still resolve this mistake using documentation during verification stages and later draft a notarized affidavit stating the mistake and that the entered name and the actual name refer to the same individual.
