Sir I have wrongly written the question number inside the margin instead of left margin, will they evaluate my paper, I'm 12th?

Do not worry these type of small mistakes happen in the examination so this doesn't mean that your paper will be evaluated differently.
But yes luck does matter in your evaluation because it depends on the mood of the teacher who is checking your paper. If his mood is alright then of course he will ignore your small mistakes but if it's not then you would be in a bit trouble.
