Sir I haven't qualified the gate and got 18.67 score I am in SC category. What colleges can I get? Is there any scope for govt. colleges?

I am sorry to say that you have not scored very well in the gate exam. You have very low chances to get good or average college. It is useless to get admissions in lower college. So either get into another line or prepare for other attempt.
