sir I m pursuing in 12 standard from nios and I want to learn French language so percentage matter or not or only clear entrance that's it.

hello aspirant,
there are many private institute which has different courses for french learning. and most of the institute orivide certificate after completing the course. to learn german, french languages you need to have very good command over english. and i dont think there will be entrance test for it. maybe the institution authority take your interview to check your english proficiency.
You can also opt for a certificate/diploma/advanced diploma in French from various colleges of Delhi University such as St. Stephens etc. and Jamia Milia University.
