As st John medical colleges have reserved seat for christian in it. There are 8 reserved category for christian in st John. You can visit official website of st John then download the prospectus of 2020 from there. Then check in there in which category do you fall from all eight. As you belong to other state than Karnataka so most probably you will in RC-8 category ( for confirmation check prospectus). now for getting admission in this college first you will have to participate in karnataka state counseling through kea.kar.nic.in

Please fill the registration form very carefully and put right information in the religion section during filling the form because its first step. After once you got register then you will be call for document verification there you will have to produce necessary religion certificate (as per prospectus) to participate in the RC-8 CATEGORY of st John. Once your documents get verified and first round get started then Choose and lock the st John's medical college option. Then they will release the results for 1st round if you will fall under the cut off ranks you will get admitted. You can repeat same procedure as 1st for the 2nd round nd mop up round too.

Although as per your marks there are very low chances that you will get seat in this college through your category. Last year cutoff for

RC-8 WAS around AIR 53-54k.
