I'm so sorry but if you can't attend the in person counseling which is scheduled for tomorrow then you won't be able to get an admission in any college through JOSAA counselling. Although You can drop a mail to the conducting authorities of the counselling but I don't think that would matter anything. But just drop a mail telling them about your condition.
Maybe they can help you in someway.
