The cutoff ranks for this year's AP Eamcet 2019 cannot be determined as they keep changine every year but you can check with the previous year's(2017) cutoff and closing rank under general category for Computer Science Enigneering and Information Technology for the top 4 colleges in Visakhapatnam.
