Sir, I registered for JEE Mains 2021 4th attempt in January 2021, as per the prevailing situations right now do I have to register for it again?

If you successfully registered for corresponding session of jee mains then you need not fill it again. You can modify it if you want

if you have registered successfully and got the confirmation from NTA then you don't have to register again for the 4th attempt.

you must have got an application number through which you can check your application status on the official website.
