Sir I scored 40.34 marks in gate 2019.I belong to ST category.Can I get any best IIT in stream control system..pls reply

Hi aspirant

You may get IITs but may not be top IITs.You may get newer IITs but chances are less.

If you would have scored more than 50 then definately you would have got.

But still as there are chances so you can apply to IITs of your choice and apply for NITs as well.
