Hello Sakthi

I think you're talking about JEE Mains and not board examination.

With 75.664 Percentile, your probable rank is very less than 2.5Lac, so if you belong to general category only, your chances to qualify for JEE Advanced are almost no.

So, without JEE Advanced you cannot get any IIT. You should work harder for the April attempt though.

Oh, well then yes, you are eligible. The minimum percentage required is 75. So you're safe for that .
There was confusion because of the word percentile I guess.
