With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 5000-7000 in the obc category and it's a pretty decent rank so you definitely have chances of getting into NLUs like Shimla and Nagpur and even Tiruchipalli. For the obc category they require a rank below 8000 but if you have below 5000 you'll be on a safer side.
