Hello student,
With a rank of around 25,000 I'm SC category, it becomes difficult to procure a seat in the top NIT's and I'm other state quotas. There are some NIT's which you may get if you belong to their correspondimg state like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Srinagar. Other NIT's have a close rank of around 6,000 in SC category. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link
