Hi Biswa ! Yes you can get a government college in Orissa with this rank. You can get CV Raman college which is a semi government college. Now after this there are other government colleges are there which are not so good. You can earn a seat of some good government colleges of Bhubaneswar. So best of luck to.

Sorry to say that you can't get seat in government colleges in Odisha state because you didn't reached the cutoff percentile for govt colleges and you doesn't have reservation too..
But you can get seat by stream 2 option in private colleges .
