sir i upload my acknowledge slip in cast certificate. it's is important that we have to upload cast certificate at correction window time?

Yes! It is important to upload caste certificate.
If you only have acknowledge slip not the official caste certificate you can also upload acknowledgement slip. And do no need to upload acknowledgement in correction window. But I advice that to upload Caste Certificate for being in safe side.
