Sir I want some tips to boost my maths and to prepare for 9 ,10 and NTSE

The most important thing to improvise maths is the regular practice, no shortcuts, learn the formulas and revise. Hello dear

There are many reference books you can consider to improve your maths for the 9th and 10th standard. First of all your NCERT must be completed with all the concepts cleared. You can go for 'full marks', 'together with', 'pk garg', etc for further references and practice. These are really very good as I had myself used them at my time.
