Yes these books are best for iit jee preparations of chemistry.But first you need to complete all the ncert books first.You have to practice every conceptual problems and numerical problems of ncert books as questions in jee mains will be based on ncert books.
You can solve op tondon book also.You have to solve previous years questions for practice and to enhance your skills.
