Hello Parth,
The documents you have to submit will be given in detail in the counselling website. The certificates you need are:
10th class certificate
Intermediate short memo
Caste certificate
Income certificate
Aadhaar
There are some applications mentioned in josaa website like medical report,caste related forms.
Kindly go through the pdfs in josaa at the time of counselling.
