sir I was apper in JEE Main & Advance 2020 examination in general category due to ews certificate was not with me . now i have EWS certificate and i get 91.4 percentile now can i use my EWS Certificate in Counsling or not . please Suggest

I am afraid the answer to your question is no . This is because you have already registered yourself as a general candidate while appearing for these exams . Whatever category you give them at the beginning will be considered till the end. Hence, you have to attend the counselling as a general candidate, this is also due to the fact that you do not have ews category rank .So you rank will be based on general category which can't be changed now .But there is no harm in inquiring about it directly to the respective officials hence since to be on safe side you may mail them directly and aslk of anything can be done regarding this.
