SIR I WAS NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD CLASS 12 MARKSHEET ON STUDENTS PORTAL JEE ADV. 2018 NOW PORTAL IS CLOSED , WHAT CAN I DO??

Were you able to sit for counselling.?  Did your result was declared? Please tell me how you handled the situation? Because I alo couldn't upload my marksheet for JEE Advanced 2019.

As you know this time there are no offline form submissions and you have to do everything online. So,

1. I would suggest you call undergrad helpline number to get your queries answered.
   
   If that does not work then
2. Try filling the form again from the start with a new email id.

If all the certificates uploaded by you earlier are fine then there is no need to worry. The portal stated that in case you had uploaded any incorrect document, then you can upload the correct one. As of now you will have to wait and see and the other alternative is to write to the authorities concerned and seek their assistance.
