Were you able to sit for counselling.? Did your result was declared? Please tell me how you handled the situation? Because I alo couldn't upload my marksheet for JEE Advanced 2019.

As you know this time there are no offline form submissions and you have to do everything online. So,
-
I would suggest you call undergrad helpline number to get your queries answered.
If that does not work then - Try filling the form again from the start with a new email id.
