Hello dear,
As you have mentioned PCB marks in your question, I guess you will be trying for Pharmacy. An outside Maharashtra state (OMS) candidate can get admission to the colleges in Maharashtra for pharmacy through All India Seat quota which requires NEET marks.
You cannot be admitted through CET marks (for OMS candidate)
If you have given NEET, you can check the cutoffs of the colleges which offer admissions to the OMS candidates for pharmacy through AI quota.
