No, you don't belong to OBC-NCL. You may OBC with caste but won't belong to non creamy layer. Your ward will be treated like an general students. The limit income slab for OBC- NCL is 8 lakh, which you exceeds.
But if you have filled form as ncl, than no problem. Just state the problem while counselling they will adjust it.
