sir if a candidate have 71%in cbse board and if he/she is belonging from obc then he / she is eligible to give jeee main 2020 or not

Yes you are eligible for jee mains examination even if you got just 71 % in your 12th examination as there's no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for Jee mains, the only condition to be eligible for JEE mains 2020 is that you should have passed class 12 or qualifying the exam in 2018 or 2019 or should be appearing for class 12 board exam or equivalent qualifying exam in 2020 with Physics , Chemistry and any one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject. But yes , if you want to take admission in NITs , IITs or GFTIs through jee then to be eligible General and OBC categories must have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in their Class XII board examination (or equivalent). SC, ST, and PwD candidates should secure 65% in the exam.
