Sir if i choose float option should need to pay fees acceptance fee an attend reporting center in Josaa 2019

You have to pay the fees before you reach the Reporting Centre. This is because you have to produce the proof of your payment of fees at the reporting centre. So ensure you take the proof before you reach the reporting centre. You cannot pay at your reporting centre.

And the payment of fees is irrespective of the options you would choose later for example, float in your case. Make your payment well before you reach the reporting centre.
