Hello Aspirant
If you have a supplementary exam and the results are announced before the NEET counselling then you can appear for NEET.
If the exam are held late and the results are not declared before the counselling then you cannot appear for NEET.
As per as NEET regulation you should have minimum 50% in 10+2.
Irrespective of your aggregate you should pass your 10 +2.
