Dear Nayana, please clear the cache, browsing history, cookies, etc. Try restarting your system and relogin. Last time around when there were same technical glitches, students tried this and it worked for them. It might take a while but eventually you will be able to complete the process. You can only select the Examination city now. You cannot make any payment.
