Ranjeetha, if this is regarding KCET, please check the inbox of the Registered email id and mobile number with which you registered for KCET. If you do not find it there, please mail the helpdesk from your registered email at: keauthority-ka@nic.in . They usually take 24-48 hours to respond. But if it is not for KCET but for any other exam, please do let us know and we shall help you with relevant information.

First of all you have not mentioned which exam I'd password you lost .

Second thing yes without your I'd password you will not be able to download your hall ticket .

Third thing we can't send you your I'd and password as we are not the conducting authority of exam .

At last I would like to suggest you please check the official website of the exam and get helpline no there and call them and ask them if they can help you with that , they will not pick your call easily but you should keep trying .

Another thing you can do is write an email to their helpline mail id that is for helping students taking part in exam that you forgot your I'd and password and hopefully they will help you .

For getting helpline number you can comment in comment about which exam you are asking .
