Sir if I paid fee in 1 st round but i got seat in nit, will they give my fee back?

Yes dear, they fee back but they deduct some tax and charge from your fee and for more information, you can clarify from them or you can read the review from the internet from the previous student through quora and other places too there are a lot of sources which help you to find a solution.

It's compulsory to accept the seat if you want to be eligible for further rounds of counselling and pay the seat acceptance fee which is near about 45k.Now if you don't want the seat you have options available-

Freeze/Float/Slide

(1) Freezing: Candidates accept the offered seat and indicate that they are content with the allocated academic program and that they do not want to participate in further rounds of seat allocation. Such candidates will NOT be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.

(2) Floating: Candidates accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to an academic program of better/higher preference in any Institute is offered, they will accept it. Else, they will continue with the currently accepted academic program. Such candidates will be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.

) Sliding: Candidates accept the offered seat and indicate that, if admission to an academic program of better / higher preference is offered within the same Institute, they will accept it. Such candidates will be considered in subsequent rounds of admission.

Note-Without accepting and paying the seat acceptance fee you are not eligible for further rounds of counselling so if you don't get your desired seat in first round of counselling, have patience! Wait fr other rounds of counselling and a special round too!Accept the seat allocated to you in first round and report to your nearest NIT.
