Sir if i will get 80 marks in maths 2 paper in IIT but physics and chemistry is zero marks thats mean total 80 out of 360 then will i get

No, it is not possible to get a college with zero marks in individual subjects because there is individual cutoff in every subjects of JEE advanced therefore you must need the minimum cutoff for each subject in order to get a rank in JEE advanced. For SC category student the category rank required for Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Delhi is within 10.

there is only one branch Computer Science and Engineering not it no any software branch in IIT Delhi and the minimum cutoff marks is also for individual subject and totals therefore you need to score also minimum marks set by
