sir, if my application form rejected or not approved by college for new registration can i get refund after cancellation

As much I understand your Question , If you did any registration for any course the registration amount will not get refunded it does not matter you are selected for that course or not , And if you are trying for new registration and portal for new registration was close ,than you are unable to do payment for the same.

And the amount will not deducted from the account.

If you got selected for any course and did the payment for getting admission and after that you wants to withdrawal your amount what ever you have deposit then they  will approved for return.

Over all there is not any way out to get registration amount.

For most of the counselling and examinations, the application fee which you have paid isn't refundable. So if you have paid registration fees for the counselling or the application fee, then it won't get refunded. But if you have paid the fees of the course or if you paid the seat booking fees then it will get refunded with some deductions or without any as per the policy of the counselling committee. Now you didn't mentioned the name of the counselling about which you are asking this.
