sir, igot 92.72 percentile in jan 2019 and 124 marks score in april 12th can ige nit colleges which branches i belongs to obc in telangana

As you mentioned both the score of JEE Mains 2019 so in Janauary session you got 92.72 percentile and in April session you scored 124 marks i,e nearly upto 96 percentile according to career 360 marks vs percentile predictor. So as per rule of JEE Mains exam they will consider maximum score from both the exam session. So you have more score in april session i,e nearly 96 percentile so this will be consider. As per your 124 score in april JEE Mains so your ran k will be approx.nearly 38000. According to this rank it will be difficult to get top NIT but you may get any random branch in any NIT. If you have got 92.72 percentile score in JEE january attempt then your chances of getting NIT from general category is good with your OBC category, but you may get the average or lower NITs. In your april attempt if you are lucky then you will definitely get a NIT like NIT JSR, NIT Rourkela etc. with branches like civil, metallurgy, etc. from OBC category.
