Hi Venkat,
Colleges that take admissions purely based on JEE Mains Paper 2 score are very few. And they require a score more than 280. If your state approves admissions through counselling with JEE Mains paper 2 score too, then you can expect a decent college within your state.
You can also apply for private universities like,
LPU, Phagwara,
Amity University, Greater Noida, etc with the JEE Mains Paper 2 score.
