At present if we consider the past years cutoffs, your score is very good but since you haven't mentioned your gate score it is quite difficult to predict some colleges for you but i would suggest some colleges that you might consider
- IIT Bombay
- IIT Delhi
- NIT patna
- NIT rourkela
- NIT Hamirpur
Wait for the colleges to release there cutoff and accordingly apply in the colleges.
