Hello there!
Yes you are eligible for neet examination even if you are pursuing btech provided you have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually in your class 12th and have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category. Also there's no upper age limit for neet examination so you don't need to worry about it as well.

you are doing btech , so you should choose code 02 dear on the basis of your 10+2 qualification as code 02 is for those who have qualified Class 12 in the year 2019 or before .
I am also an engineering student, and I have already submitted code-2, But sir , at the time of admission which (COLLEGE LEAVING CERTIFICATE)CLC should i submit +2 CLC or Engineering CLC??????
