sir in approx 590 marks whats the best college i should get ??? and I also want to ask u about what colleges should i prefer in councelling details??

Firstly congrats for such a good score. There are strong chances of your's to get government medical seat through through All India Quota and State level quota. As per last year's cutoff 560 was considered a safe score to get government seat through All India Quota. As you have not mentioned your state and category so its difficult to predict your college.
